By accessing or using K.Drop's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use our services. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Products and Ordering
Key ordering terms:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) and shipped via express courier
- Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders
- All sales are final once an order is confirmed
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in your local currency. Canadian visitors see prices in Canadian dollars (CAD); US visitors see prices in US dollars (USD). The currency is determined automatically based on your location. Payment is processed at the time of order placement.
We accept PayPal. PayPal guest checkout supports all major credit and debit cards.
Volume discounts apply per product line quantity. Mixed-cart quantities do not combine toward a tier. 5% off 5+ units of the same product line, 7.5% off 10+ units of the same product line, and 15% off 20+ units of the same product line.
5. Shipping
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10 for all orders. Orders over $100 qualify for free express shipping. All orders are shipped with temperature-controlled packaging materials. Processing takes 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri), and shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days. Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST on a business day may ship the same day. For most US orders, duties are prepaid by K.Drop. In rare cases, additional fees may apply - contact us if this occurs.
6. All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in cases involving defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence.
7. Product Usage and Liability
Products are intended for professional use only. Customers assume full responsibility for proper usage, storage, and application of all products. K.Drop is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from improper use, storage, or application of products.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of K.Drop and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
K.Drop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
