K.Drop is a Canadian business specializing in Korean aesthetic products. We operate from Brantford, Ontario and serve supported customers in Canada and the United States.
Our operating approach is simple: hold inventory in Ontario, source directly from verified Korean manufacturers, and publish enough policy and support detail that customers can understand how we work before they place an order.

Our Story
K.Drop started from a straightforward observation: Korean manufacturers produce many sought-after beauty, skincare, and specialty product formats, yet Canadian buyers often had no reliable domestic source. Orders typically meant navigating overseas marketplaces, uncertain shipping timelines, and limited recourse if something went wrong.
We decided to take a different approach. Rather than operating as a middleman forwarding international shipments, we established direct purchasing relationships with licensed Korean manufacturers and began holding inventory locally in Ontario. This means Canadian orders ship domestically, avoiding the customs delays and import uncertainty that come with cross-border drop-shipping.
From the outset, we committed to publishing the operational details that matter most to professional buyers: sourcing standards, batch traceability, shipping policies, return conditions, and contact information. The goal has always been to give customers enough information to evaluate us on their own terms before placing an order.
Sourcing & Authenticity
All products are sourced directly from licensed manufacturers in South Korea. We do not rely on unverified distributors or marketplace sourcing for the inventory we hold in Ontario.
Our manufacturer evaluation process considers licensing status, production standards, and the manufacturer's own quality-control documentation. We work with producers who can provide batch-level traceability from production through to the units we receive, and we retain that documentation for the inventory we hold.
Each shipment is checked before it is made available for sale. Batch and lot information remains on shipped units, and we investigate every reported authenticity concern with the documentation available to us. If a customer raises a question about any product they receive, we can reference the sourcing records for that specific batch.
Supply Chain Transparency
Products travel from the manufacturer's facility in South Korea to our inventory location in Ontario, Canada. We purchase in quantities that allow us to fulfill orders from local stock rather than routing each order internationally. This shortens delivery timelines for Canadian customers and removes the customs processing step that typically adds days or weeks to cross-border orders.
Many of the products we carry are storage-sensitive formats, including skincare, topical comfort products, antioxidant-support items, and specialty accessories. We use temperature-conscious packaging materials for outbound shipments and select shipping methods that minimize transit time. Our published shipping policy describes the packaging approach and expected delivery windows for both Canadian and US orders.
Batch and lot identifiers are preserved on every unit we ship. This means the traceability chain runs from the Korean manufacturer's production records through to the product a customer receives. If a question arises about a specific unit, we can trace it back through our receiving documentation.

Fulfillment & Delivery
All orders are fulfilled from our Ontario inventory. Temperature-conscious packaging materials are used to help protect product integrity during transit.
Standard processing takes 1-2 business days, with delivery in approximately 3-5 business days. Orders over $100 qualify for free express shipping, and most US orders are positioned with duties prepaid by K.Drop.
