Inject (Deep Subcutaneous Grid)
Use appropriate needle length to reach deep subcutaneous fat at 10–15 mm depth. Reference ranges: ~1 cm spacing and ~0.5–1 mL per point for thigh zones. Consider staging (one side per session) to manage swelling. 6 sessions at 2-week intervals is a common course structure.
