1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using K-DROP's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use our services. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Products and Ordering

All products are sold exclusively through our 7-day drop cycle model. Key terms:

Orders placed during a drop period are batch-shipped together once the drop ends
Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice
We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders
All sales are final once an order is confirmed

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in CAD. Payment is processed at the time of order placement. We accept:

Visa and Mastercard
PayPal
Shop Pay
Google Pay

Volume discounts are automatically applied based on order quantity: 5% off 5+ items, 7.5% off 10+ items, and 15% off 20+ items.

5. Shipping

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10 for all orders. Orders over $100 qualify for free express shipping. All orders are shipped with temperature-controlled packaging after the drop period closes. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after the drop ends.

6. All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products and our batch-shipping model, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in cases where products arrive with visibly compromised packaging that affects product integrity. In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the packaging issue.

7. Product Usage and Liability

Products are intended for professional use only. Customers assume full responsibility for proper usage, storage, and application of all products. K-DROP is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from improper use, storage, or application of products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of K-DROP and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

K-DROP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
