- We ship from Ontario, Canada to CA and US.
- Processing takes 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). Shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days after that.
- Flat rate $10, or free on orders $100+.
- For most US orders, we prepay duties so you should not owe anything at delivery. If you are charged, contact us and we will work to resolve it.
- You will get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate on all orders under $100
- Free Express Shipping: On orders $100 and above
Processing vs. Shipping
Processing Time: 1-2 business days. This is the time it takes us to pick, pack, and hand your order to the carrier. Processing happens Monday-Friday only, excluding statutory holidays.
Shipping Time: Approximately 3-5 business days. This is the time the courier takes to deliver the package once it leaves our facility. Business days are Monday-Friday; weekends and holidays are not counted.
Total estimated time from order to delivery: approximately 4-7 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Fulfillment Schedule
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.
Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST on a business day may be processed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST, or on weekends or holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

US Duties and Tariffs
For most US orders, K-DROP prepays applicable customs duties and import tariffs. In the majority of cases, you should not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
In rare cases - such as unusually large orders, specific product categories, or changes in customs regulations - additional duties or fees may be assessed by the carrier at delivery. If this happens, please contact us immediately before paying any unexpected charges.
Email us at admin@k-drop.store with your order number and proof of the charge (receipt or screenshot). We will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Temperature-Controlled Packaging
All shipments include temperature-controlled packaging materials to ensure product integrity during transit. Our packaging is designed to maintain optimal storage conditions regardless of external temperatures.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package's progress using the provided tracking number on our Tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking number to become active with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. K-DROP is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will reship it at the customer's expense.
Carrier Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated timeframes above, shipping timelines are ultimately controlled by the carrier. Severe weather, high-volume periods such as holidays, or other carrier disruptions may occasionally cause delays beyond our stated estimates. K-DROP is not liable for carrier delays, but we will do our best to assist you if a shipment is significantly delayed.
