How Our Drop Shipping Works
K-DROP operates on a unique 5-day drop cycle model. Here's how it works:
Active Drop
Each drop runs for 5 days (Monday-Friday). During this time, you can browse products and place orders.
Orders Collected
All orders placed during the drop period are collected and prepared for batch processing.
Drop Closes
When the drop period ends, no more orders are accepted for that batch.
Batch Shipping
All orders from the completed drop are shipped together within 24-48 hours of the drop closing.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated Delivery: 3-5 Business Days
After the drop period ends and your order ships, expect delivery within 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
Temperature-Controlled Packaging
Product Integrity Assured
All shipments include temperature-controlled packaging materials to ensure product integrity during transit. Our packaging is designed to maintain optimal conditions regardless of external temperatures.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada and to select international destinations. Shipping times may vary based on location. We ship to PO Boxes where available.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package's progress using the provided tracking number. If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of the drop closing, please contact our support team.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed (more than 10 business days after shipping), please contact us with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. K-DROP is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Address changes cannot be made once a drop period has ended.
