Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Shipping takes approximately 3–5 business days via express courier. Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST may ship the same business day.

Flat rate $10 shipping on all orders. FREE express shipping on orders over $100. All products ship with temperature-controlled packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in cases where products arrive with visibly compromised packaging. Contact admin@k-drop.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
