How Drops Work
Each drop runs for 5 days (Monday-Friday). All orders placed during a drop are shipped together once the drop period ends. This batch shipping model allows us to offer competitive pricing and ensures product freshness.
Shipping Information
Flat rate $10 shipping on all orders. FREE express shipping on orders over $100. All products ship with temperature-controlled packaging. Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days after drop closes.
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We only review requests for assistance when products arrive with visibly compromised packaging. Contact admin@k-drop.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

All products are sourced directly from licensed Korean manufacturers. We provide authenticity verification for all items. Contact us if you have any concerns about product authenticity.
