What "Authentic" Means at K.Drop
When we say a product is authentic, we mean it was manufactured by the original brand holder, sourced through authorized distribution channels, and shipped to you in its original, sealed packaging. We do not sell refurbished, repackaged, grey-market, or counterfeit products.
Supplier Vetting Process
Before onboarding any supplier, we complete the following verification steps:
Manufacturer Verification
We confirm the manufacturer is a licensed, registered entity in South Korea with valid KFDA (MFDS) certifications where applicable.
Supply Chain Audit
We verify the distribution chain to ensure products move directly from manufacturer to our facility without intermediary repackaging.
Ongoing Relationship
We maintain ongoing relationships with our suppliers and conduct periodic reviews. We do not disclose proprietary vendor identities to protect our supply chain integrity.
Batch & Lot Tracking
All products in our inventory are tracked by batch or lot number. This allows us to:
- Trace any product back to its specific manufacturing run
- Verify expiration dates and manufacturing dates
- Issue targeted notifications if a manufacturer issues a recall or advisory
- Provide batch information to customers upon request (email us with your order number)
Our inventory is replenished regularly to ensure freshness. We rotate stock on a first-in, first-out basis.
Report a Concern
If you have any concern about the authenticity of a product you received from K.Drop, we want to hear about it immediately. We take every report seriously.
How to Report
Email us at admin@k-drop.store with:
- Your order number (required)
- Photos of the product, packaging, and any batch/lot markings
- A description of your concern
Our Investigation & Escalation Process
- We acknowledge your report within 1 business day.
- We cross-reference the batch/lot number against our supplier records.
- If needed, we contact the manufacturer directly for verification.
- We provide a resolution within 5 business days of acknowledgment.
- If the concern is substantiated, we replace the product at no cost and investigate the batch.
